The industrt partners will provide funds to the district to help covefr federal grantmatching requirements, along with operationas and maintenance expenses.
Fundingy from the district will also supplementf morethan $30 million secured by Harries County in the form of port security grantas to install technology and infrastructur to enhance security and to increase preparednesws and response capabilities.
