Encinitas, Calif.-based Verve is initiating partnershipw with MediaNews as well as othernewspaper companies: The Hearst Corp., a minorit owner of the Post and most other MediaNewse newspapers, as well as Belo Corp. and Cox . Verve's business is building mobilse sitesfor newspapers. Its CEO, Art is a 30-year newspaper veterahn who won a Pulitzer Prize in 1986 as a reporterf for the Philadelphia Inquirer for his articles on the InternaplRevenue Service.
