The state’s attorney general, Jerruy Brown, joined by district attorneyxs from manyCalifornia counties, including Alameda, Sant Clara and Contra Costa, filerd a suit against Minneapolis-based Target (NYSE: TGT), saying it sent hazardoua waste to various landfills in violation of state law.
