The Darkee County Board of Commissioners also is providingtabout $188,000 for workforce training of about 120 employees, according to state records. The fundint slid into place after word came about threse weeks ago of a potentialk renewableenergy project. The news promptecd the county, city and state to lock arms and bring the project to Ohio as opposed to numerous stateesincluding Illinois, Montana, Colorado, Arizona and officials said.
